Terms of Service
Last updated 7 September 2026
These terms cover your use of OrderDesk. They are written to be read, not to be survived — if anything here is unclear, email us and we will explain it in plain words.
1. Who we are
OrderDesk (“OrderDesk”, “we”, “us”) is a software product operated by Imad Ud Din Faisal, trading as SellerPulse (“the Operator”). You can reach us at support@getsellerpulse.com.
By creating an account you agree to these terms. If you are using OrderDesk on behalf of a business, you confirm you are allowed to accept these terms for it.
2. What OrderDesk does — and what it does not do
OrderDesk is a record-keeping tool for businesses that take custom orders. It stores your orders, your customers’ contact details, and the payments you record against those orders, and it prepares messages you can send from your own WhatsApp.
To be explicit about the boundaries:
- We do not read your WhatsApp chats. OrderDesk has no access to your WhatsApp account. It builds a link that opens WhatsApp with a message already typed — you decide whether to press send.
- We do not send messages to your customers on your behalf. Every message is sent by you, from your own number.
- We do not process payments between you and your customers. When you mark an order as paid, you are making a note. No money moves through OrderDesk.
- We are not a courier or a marketplace. You fulfil your own orders and keep your own customer relationships.
3. Your account
- You must be at least 18 and provide accurate signup details.
- Keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for what happens under your account; tell us immediately if you think someone else has access.
- One account is for one business. Do not resell or share access to your account.
4. Plans and payment
The Free plan is free and has no time limit. Paid plans are described on our pricing page and are billed in advance, monthly or annually, until you cancel.
- Paid plans are available in some countries and not others — sellers in Pakistan stay on the Free plan for now, because we do not yet price in rupees. When you buy a paid plan you confirm that the country you are billed in is one we sell paid plans in. We take you at your word; nothing here verifies it. If we do find that a subscription was bought from a country we do not sell paid plans in, we will refund it in full and cancel it, which works as described in section 5 below. Nothing you have made is deleted. If you think that applies to you, email support@getsellerpulse.com and we will sort it out.
- Card payments are handled by our payment provider, which acts as merchant of record for the sale. Their checkout terms and privacy notice apply to the payment itself, and any sales tax or VAT is calculated and collected by them.
- Payment is by card only. We do not accept bank transfer or mobile wallet payment for plan subscriptions.
- If a renewal payment fails, we will try again and email you. If it keeps failing, your account returns to the Free plan — your data is not deleted.
- We may change prices. If a change affects a plan you are already on, we will email you at least 30 days before it applies to you, and you are free to cancel.
5. Cancelling, and refunds
- You can cancel at any time from Settings. Your paid plan runs until the end of the period you have already paid for, then drops to Free.
- If OrderDesk is not working for you, email us within 14 days of a payment and we will refund it in full. No form, no argument.
- Outside that window we do not usually refund part-used periods, but if something has gone genuinely wrong, write to us — we would rather fix it than keep your money.
6. Your data, and your customers’ data
The orders you record and the customer details you enter belong to you. We store and process them so that we can provide the service to you, and for no other purpose. We do not sell data, and we do not use your customers’ details to market anything.
Because you decide what customer information to enter, you are responsible for having the right to hold it, and for telling your customers how you use it if your local law requires that. Our privacy policy explains what we collect and who helps us store it.
You can export or ask for a copy of your data, and you can ask us to delete your account and its contents, at any time.
7. Acceptable use
Do not use OrderDesk to:
- send unsolicited bulk messages, or anything that breaks WhatsApp’s own terms;
- store data you have no right to hold, or anything unlawful;
- trade in goods or services that are illegal where you or your customers are;
- attack, overload, reverse-engineer or scrape the service, or try to reach another seller’s data.
We may suspend an account that does these things. Where it is reasonable to do so, we will warn you first and explain what is wrong.
8. Availability and changes
We work to keep OrderDesk running, but we do not promise it will never be unavailable. Maintenance, hosting failures and problems at third parties happen. We do not offer a guaranteed uptime level on these plans.
The product will change as we improve it. If we remove something you rely on, or make a change that materially reduces what your plan gives you, we will email you first.
9. Ending your access
You may stop using OrderDesk and delete your account whenever you like. We may close an account that breaks these terms, or that has been inactive on the Free plan for a long period — in that case we will email you before anything is deleted and give you a chance to export your data.
If we ever discontinue OrderDesk entirely, we will give at least 60 days’ notice and a way to export everything you have stored.
10. Liability
OrderDesk is provided as it is. We are not liable for lost profits, lost orders, lost data or business interruption. Where liability cannot be excluded by law, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
Nothing here excludes liability for fraud, or for anything that cannot lawfully be excluded.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the jurisdiction in which the Operator is established, and any dispute will be dealt with by the courts of that jurisdiction. Where you have bought a paid plan, the contract for that purchase is with our payment provider as merchant of record, and their terms govern the transaction itself.
12. Changes to these terms
If we change these terms in a way that matters to you, we will email you and update the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use OrderDesk after that means you accept the new version.
13. Contact
Questions, complaints, refunds, data requests — all to support@getsellerpulse.com. A person reads it.
