Yes. The Free plan is genuinely free and has no time limit — no card is asked for at signup. Upgrade only when 10 orders a month stops being enough.
Pay for ten months and get twelve. Annual plans are billed once, in advance, and renew yearly until you cancel.
By card, through our payment provider, who handles the checkout and any local taxes.
Any time, from Settings. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for, then drops back to Free. Nothing is deleted.
If OrderDesk is not working for you, email us within 14 days of a payment and we will refund it in full — no argument, no form to fill in. The full refund policy is at /refunds.
Nothing is lost. Your history stays; you simply return to the 10-orders-a-month limit for new orders.
Yes, on every plan. Prices are the same $29 and $45, and VAT is included in what you see — our payment provider is the merchant of record and handles Saudi VAT for us.
